I am an undergraduate student on the MSci Neuroscience course with a keen interest in the visual system. I am drawn to this area of study because of the exciting advances in the field driven by approaches utilising in vivo two photon imaging which has allowed for impressively direct observation of the circuits.It is my goal to further advance the understanding of the mechanisms that underlie the adaptability of the visual system through these techniques.
